Edamame is a preparation of baby soybeans in the pod commonly found in Japan, China and Korea. The pods are boiled in water together with condiments such as salt, and served whole.

Outside East Asia, the dish is most often found in Japanese restaurants and some Chinese restaurants, but has also found popularity elsewhere as a healthy food item.

Dunn is an artist who loves to travel and experience other cultures – and to bring home memories that eventually express themselves in her artwork. This show, “Remembering Africa” represents her emotional response to the beauty of the land and people of Africa, and the work is produced in various media, including mixed-water media, hand-colored silverprint, intaglio print, and hand-colored archival print.
